1. How to book?
You can fill out the form below, or send a message to info@wonderplay.ca with your preferred date and time, venue details and any information you feel to be important to share and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a $100 retainer to secure your date. The deposit doesn't contribute towards the total amount for your rental. It will be refunded within 24 hours after your event if no damage of the equipment is detected.
3. Are there any other fees?
Delivery, set up and take down within 25 km of London are included in the rental price.
4. What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept e-transfers and all credit cards.
5. What is personalization?
. The possibilities are endless! From a wide range of ball pit balls colours, customizable play space layouts (mix and match the pieces to your liking) to creating unique vinyl decals - just share with us your vision, inspo and what party theme or colour scheme you have in mind and we will be thrilled to work with you to make your perfect party happen.
6. Can you set up outdoors?
Absolutely! Summer outdoor parties are so much fun! However, we ask you to please have an indoor venue as a back up plan in case of rain or severe weather in forecast.
7. What if I need to cancel?
We understand life happens and allow up to 48 hours for cancellation with fully refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before your event, the deposit can be used a s credit towards rescheduling your event (subject to availability).
