We are a small, family-own company based right here in London ON. We specialize in providing trendy soft play playgrounds for rent, perfect not only for toddlers' birthday parties, but also for family gatherings, special evens, weddings and even playdates. Our equipment is carefully curated to complement any space and party theme. We take pride in our meticulous cleaning and handling practices to ensure top-notch experience for all our clients.

About Soft Play rules
01. Adult supervision required at all times
We strive to provide a safe and secure play environment for your kids, and offer our cute but sturdy fence and gate to enclose the play area so that you could enjoy a sip of your favourite drink and/or a chat with a friend. Having said that, we still ask you to monitor kids in the play area at all times.
02 Suitable only for ages 0-5
Soft play equipment specifically designed for younger kids, providing them with safe and supportive environment where they can climb, crawl, slide, and explore while minimizing the risk of injury.
03 Shoes off, socks on
Not only shoes leave black marks, which are really hard to get rid off, but also stuff we don't want where little hands will be touching the equipment.
04 No face paint, glitter, slime or confetti
Unfortunately, these colourful and playful items tend to leave permanent stains on our equipment. We kindly request that you avoid using them while our setup is in use .
05. No sharp objects or heels
We use premium soft cushioned floor mats to ensure your child can play safely, but high heels leave irreparable. marks on them. As much as we love them too, we kindly ask you to take off your shoes before entering the play area.

Q&A
1. How to book?
You can book our packages online through our booking system, or send a message to info@wonderplay.ca with your preferred date and time, venue details and any information you feel could be important for your party.
2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a $100 retainer to secure your date. The deposit doesn't contribute towards the total amount for your rental. It will be refunded within 24 hours after your event if no damage of the equipment is detected.
3. Are there any other fees?
Delivery, set up and take down within 25 km of London are included in the rental price. Depending on your desired package, customization and other add ons will have to be purchased separately.
4. What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept e-transfers, Visa, MasterCard and ApplePay.
5. What is customization?
. From wide range of ball pit balls colours, colourful soft blocks to creating unique vinyl decals - just share with us what party theme or colour scheme you have in mind and we will be thrilled to work with you to make your perfect party happen.
6. Can you set up outdoors?
Absolutely! Summer outdoor parties are so much fun! However, we ask you to please have an indoor venue as a back up plan in case of rain in forecast. We don't set up outdoor if there's rain in the forecast, or it was raining within 24 hours prior to your event (depending on the grounds)
7. What if there's rain in the forecast and I don't have an indoor space?
The event will have to be rescheduled. The deposit can be used as a credit towards new date subject to availability. Bear in mind we can always customize a set up to fit into any space if needed (we recommend to have at least 8ftx8ft of room available though)
8. What if I need to cancel?
We understand life happens and allow up to 48 hours for cancellation with fully refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before your event, the deposition be used a s credit towards rescheduling your event subject to availability.
